Is there a free trial? +
Yes. Every plan includes a 30-day free trial — no credit card required to start.
How is a "camera" counted? +
A camera is any live video feed connected to Argix, whether it is one of our AI capture cameras or a third-party ONVIF feed bridged through the Argix Edge Gateway.
Can I mix plans across sites? +
Plans are billed at the organization level, but Enterprise customers can opt sites into different retention and compliance bundles.
What happens if I exceed my retention window? +
Older footage is archived to cold storage and remains restorable for an additional 30 days. After that it is purged in line with our data-retention policy.
